About Me
I am a Person Centred Counsellor based in Rushden Northamptonshire, but have customers that come to me from Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough, Corby and beyond.
Previously I have worked in education, the arts, industry and aviation.
I gained a Masters Degree in Psychology and worked for Dundee University researching dyslexia. I then moved into the travel industry and was employed for ten years by one of the world’s leading airlines heading their customer service training, dividing my time between the UK and overseas.
I completed three years training in 2005, gaining my Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and set up my private practice work.
I have worked extensively with individuals, couples, families, young people and groups as well as large organisations including John Lewis PLC, Private Healthcare Organisations and leading International Airlines. I also work part time within the education sector providing therapeutic support to children and young people using person-centred therapy as my framework.
